Listen with stereo headphones β οΈ
Binaural beats require stereo headphones or earbuds to work. The effect only works when different frequencies reach each ear separately.

β Laptop speakers β will not produce the effect
β Mono Bluetooth speakers β will not produce the effect
Stereo headphones are required for binaural beats to work. Any wired or wireless stereo pair works β in-ear, over-ear, noise-cancelling. Laptop speakers and mono Bluetooth will not produce the effect.

This morning: Download Track 01 β The Awakening. Put on headphones. Play it before you check your phone. Notice the shift.
