01 — About Brainwave Haven

Brainwave Haven creates and sells digital audio products — including The Sleep Code, The Flow Code, and The Focus Code — designed to support sleep, creativity, and focused work through binaural beat technology.

02 — Digital Products & Delivery

All Brainwave Haven products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive immediate access to your download links via your confirmation page and/or email
• Files are provided in MP3 and/or WAV format unless otherwise stated
• It is your responsibility to download and save your files. We recommend saving copies to multiple locations.
• Access links may expire. If you lose access, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

03 — Licence & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or give away your downloaded files to any third party
• Upload the tracks to streaming platforms, YouTube, or any public or commercial channel
• Use the tracks in products, services, or content you sell or distribute
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding embedded in the files
• Claim authorship or ownership of any Brainwave Haven content

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence and may result in legal action.

04 — Refund Policy

All Brainwave Haven products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email youngcaleb508@gmail.com within 60 days of purchase
• Include your order number (available from your purchase confirmation email)
• Refunds are processed through our payment processor and typically appear within 5–10 business days
• No questions asked. No forms required. We honour this guarantee fully.

Refunds requested after 60 days of purchase are at our discretion.

05 — Health & Medical Disclaimer

Brainwave Haven products are intended for general wellness and personal productivity purposes only.

• Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• Binaural beats are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• If you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, or any neurological condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use
• Do not use binaural beat audio while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full conscious attention
• If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or adverse effects, discontinue use immediately

Results from using our products may vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

06 — Intellectual Property

All Brainwave Haven content — including but not limited to audio tracks, written materials, branding, graphics, and product names — is the intellectual property of Brainwave Haven and its operator.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any Brainwave Haven intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brainwave Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

08 — Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

09 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
