Listen with stereo headphones โ ๏ธ
Binaural beats require stereo headphones or earbuds to work. The effect only works when different frequencies reach each ear separately.
โ Stereo over-ear headphones (recommended)
โ In-ear earbuds โ work perfectly
โ Laptop speakers โ will not produce the effect
โ Mono Bluetooth speakers โ will not produce the effect
Stereo headphones are required for binaural beats to work. Any wired or wireless stereo pair works โ in-ear, over-ear, noise-cancelling. Laptop speakers and mono Bluetooth will not produce the effect.

This morning: Download Track 01 โ The Awakening. Put on headphones. Play it before you check your phone. Notice the shift.

For your first work session: Use Track 02 (The Clarity) for planning, or Track 05 (The Tunnel) for your first deep work block. Start the track, then start working.
