The Frequency Shift Protocol started as a personal project. Like a lot of people, the goal-setting, the affirmations, and the vision boards weren't the problem — staying calm and clear-headed long enough to actually follow through on any of it was. We wanted something simple: press play, let the nervous system settle, and get on with the day.
That turned into a 7-minute daily audio track, paired with a short implementation guide, that we now share with anyone looking for the same thing.
