If you are not completely satisfied with The Calm Code for any reason within 60 days of your purchase, we will refund your full purchase price — no questions asked, no conditions, no hassle.

Our Refund Commitment

We stand fully behind The Calm Code. If you purchase and decide it is not right for you — for any reason at all — you are entitled to a complete refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. You do not need to justify your request. You do not need to have "tried hard enough." A refund request is a refund request, and we honour every one.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your request being confirmed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at youngcaleb508@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase date. The clock starts on the date shown on your order confirmation email.

Include your order details
Use the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name and the email address used at checkout. If you have your order number, include that too — it speeds up the process. If you do not have it, we can look you up by name and email.

Receive confirmation
We will confirm your refund request within 1–2 business days and initiate the refund immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Refund arrives in 3–5 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or bank — most appear within 3–5 business days, occasionally up to 7–10 days for some institutions.

Digital Product Note

The Calm Code is a digital audio product delivered via online access. As a digital product, there are no physical items to return. You do not need to return anything to receive your refund. Simply contact us within the 60-day window and your refund will be processed in full.

Because The Calm Code is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final after the 60-day guarantee period has expired.

Billing Statement Your purchase was processed by Digistore24. Your refund will appear on your bank or card statement as a credit from Digistore24. If you have a question about a charge or do not recognise the Digistore24 charge on your statement, please contact us first — we can help clarify and process your request directly.

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to all standard purchases of The Calm Code. The only circumstances under which a refund may not be issued:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the original purchase date
  • Evidence of fraudulent purchase or chargeback abuse

If you are outside the 60-day window and have a genuine concern, please still contact us — we review all situations individually and aim to find a fair resolution.
