I completed my purchase but cannot access my tracks.
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your order confirmation. Your access link will be in that email. If you cannot find it, email us at youngcaleb508@gmail.com with your name and the email address used at checkout — we will resend access within one business day.
How do I request a refund?
Email youngcaleb508@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name and order number (or the email used at checkout). We honour all refund requests within the 60-day window — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Do the tracks work on my device?
The tracks play in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. You do not need to download anything. Stereo headphones are required for the binaural effect — the tracks will not work as intended through speakers or mono earbuds.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from us. You can also email youngcaleb508@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 10 business days.
