I didn't receive my download links after purchasing.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll resend your access within 24 hours.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at youngcaleb508@gmail.com within 60 days of purchase and ask for a refund. No questions asked, no explanation needed. We'll process it within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
My credit card shows a charge from Digistore24 — is this correct?
Yes. All purchases are processed through Digistore24, our payment partner. Your statement will show "Digistore24" regardless of which product you purchased. This is expected and correct.
The audio tracks don't seem to be working.
Make sure you're using stereo headphones — the binaural beat effect requires separate audio in each ear and will not work through speakers or mono headphones. If you're using headphones and still experiencing issues, email us and we'll help troubleshoot.
Can I download the tracks to my phone?
Yes. All tracks are available as MP3 and WAV files and can be downloaded to any device. For mobile download, we recommend accessing your download links from your phone's browser and saving directly to your files or music app.
I lost access to my downloads.
Email us your order number or purchase email and we'll restore your access. Your purchase is yours forever — we'll always be able to resend your files.
Is this safe to use every night?
Yes, for healthy adults. Binaural beats are non-invasive and non-addictive. The exception is people with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or certain neurological conditions — please consult your doctor before use if this applies to you.
