01 — Why The Sleep Code Exists

Most people who struggle with sleep don't have a sleep disorder. They have a brain that doesn't know how to shift out of the frequency it's been in all day.

Beta brainwaves — the busy, alert, task-focused state that modern life demands — don't switch off at bedtime. You lie down exhausted. Your brain stays wired. The gap between tired and asleep stretches into hours.

The Sleep Code exists to close that gap. Not with pills, not with supplements, not with willpower — with sound. Specifically, with binaural beats calibrated to guide your brain into the exact frequency state each sleep situation requires.

02 — The Science We Build On

Binaural beats were first documented in 1839 by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove. The mechanism — called the frequency-following response — is straightforward: when your ears receive two slightly different tones, your brain perceives a third frequency equal to the difference between them. Your neural oscillations synchronise to this perceived beat.
